This Privacy Policy explains how 4th Wall Restaurant and Bar (“4th Wall,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our website, make or manage a reservation, contact us, or use our staff portal.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, mobile phone number, reservation details, event-inquiry information, account credentials, and communications with us.
We may also collect limited technical information when you use our website, such as IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, and security or diagnostic records. We do not collect payment-card details through the reservation form on this website.
How we use information
We use personal information to:
- create, confirm, update, and manage reservations;
- respond to event inquiries and customer-service requests;
- operate and secure authorized staff accounts, including one-time sign-in codes;
- send service-related email or text messages that you request or consent to receive;
- prevent fraud, misuse, and security incidents; and
- comply with law and enforce our agreements.
Mobile information and text messaging
If you separately opt in to reservation texts, 4th Wall may send automated messages about that reservation, such as confirmations, changes, and cancellations. Message frequency varies and is typically 1–3 messages per reservation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Opting in is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
Authorized staff members may also receive one-time passcodes and account-security messages at the mobile number they provide. Frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
We do not sell or share mobile phone information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver and support the messaging program.

How we disclose information
We may disclose information to vendors that process information on our behalf, such as website hosting, reservation, email, text-messaging, security, and support providers. These providers may use information only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction.
We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including operational, legal, accounting, and security needs. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may opt out of reservation texts at any time by replying STOP. You can request help by replying HELP, calling (857) 957-0909, or emailing brett@4thwallboston.com. You may also contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law and our record-retention obligations.
Children
Our website and messaging programs are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
