These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 4th Wall website, online reservation tools, and text-messaging programs. By using these services, you agree to these terms.
Website use
You may use this website for personal, lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or fraudulent information, or use automated means to abuse our forms or services. Site content, branding, photographs, and designs are owned by or licensed to 4th Wall and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.
Reservations
Reservation availability is not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed. Please provide accurate contact and party information. We may contact you about your booking, hold a table for a limited time, change or cancel a reservation when reasonably necessary, and apply any cancellation, minimum-spend, deposit, or event terms disclosed during booking.
A phone number may be required to identify and manage a reservation. Agreeing to receive text messages is a separate, optional choice and is not required to complete a purchase.
SMS Terms
Program name: 4th Wall Reservations and Staff Security.
Program description: Guests who check the optional text consent box may receive automated reservation confirmations, changes, and cancellation notices from 4th Wall Restaurant and Bar. Authorized staff members who provide their mobile number may receive one-time passcodes and account-security alerts.
Frequency: Message frequency varies. Reservation subscribers typically receive 1–3 messages per reservation. Staff security messages are sent when a sign-in or verification attempt requires them.
Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive reservation texts is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop texts. After you send STOP, you may receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.

Your participation is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not share text-message opt-in data or consent with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
