As someone living with celiac disease, I know what it’s like to sit at a bar and not be able to just order whatever you want. For years, I envied watching everyone else dig into wings and fries on football Sundays while I sat there with the only “safe” option on the menu. Living with celiac disease often meant feeling like the odd one out.
That’s why we built a bar and restaurant where no one has to feel like the odd one out.
